Bethel Park Lady Hawks Basketball Booster's Association Meeting
January 9, 2007

Call to Order

President Tom Loadman called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Rich Unger, Gary Ausefski,Tayor Zimmer, Dan McNabb, Mary Hagerty, Ginger Rodgers, Tom Rodgers, Tom Jenkins, Eileen Krebs, Pat Bielich, Keven Varley, Tom Loadman.

Reading of Minutes

The minutes from the previous meeting were NOT read.

Financial Update

Scott Krebs was not able to make the meeting so Tom Loadman gave a short financial update. As of now there are no money concerns for the Boosters. There were no questions concerning the budget.

Fundraising

• The only fundraising that is left is the game day 50/50 and the Concession sales.
• A specual thanks to mary hagarty on the sussess of the Program Book sales.

Notes from the Coach/President

• Senior night is Monday, February 5, 2007. We will also recognize the Mt. Lebanon seniors at the game.
• We will once again make a memories CD of the season so we encourage everyone to take pictures and provide copies to Rich Unger.
• The banquet is Sunday, March 25, 2007, 4:30 pm at the South Point Hilton Inn.
• The Boosters will host a separate Freshman Dinner at the end of the season.
• Future Booster meeting dates: February 13, March 12 (nomination of officers for next year), April 10 (election of officers).

The meeting adjourned at 7:31 PM. The next meeting is on February 13, 2007 in Building 1, Room 1104.
