Bethel Park Lady Hawks Basketball Booster's Association Meeting
March 7, 2005

Call to Order

President Darlene Gratton called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM.

Reading of Minutes

Rich Unger read the meeting minutes for the February 1, 2005 meeting. The minutes were approved.

Financial Update

Scott Krebs provided a budget summary. There was discussion about having up to $8,000 left for next year. Two of the coaches have not cashed their Christmas gift checks yet.

Committee Reports

Lazarus Coupons – The sale is March 19th.

Granny's Pizza Sale for 9th Graders – Only 5 players from the JV and Varsity sold Pizzas.

Banquet – The committee met last week to continue preparations. Volunteers are still needed for the banquet, which will be April 3rd at 5 pm at the Hilton at South Pointe.

The Freshmen had a good time at their banquet at Dave and Busters. The total cost of the Freshmen banquet was $684.45.

Audrey Glowacki again requested photos and/or video for the multimedia presentation of the 2004-05 season, to be shown at the banquet. Photos of Seniors are especially needed.

All the National Anthem singers will be invited to the banquet. A suggestion was made that Tom Loadman thank the cheerleaders at their banquet for coming to so many games this year.
