Bethel Park Lady Hawks Basketball Booster's Association Meeting
November 13, 2006

Call to Order

President Tom Loadman called the meeting to order at 7:40 PM. The newly elected officers were introduced as well as all in attendance.

Reading of Minutes

The minutes from the previous meeting were read. There were no questions.

Financial Update

Scott Krebs gave a financial update through November 13, 2006. There will be additional expenses this year for the Freshman Team for shoes, equipment and the banquet.

Fundraising

Tom said the basketball clinic that was scheduled for Saturday, November 4th was canceled due to the State Conference being held at Bethel Park High School. Mary discussed the program ads. There is still time to place an ad in the book. Pictures are this Friday so all ads should be in by next Monday.

Notes from the Coach/President

• Official practice starts Monday, November 13th.
• Special thanks to Dave and Judy Bickel for chairing the shootout
• Varsity and JV will scrimmage at New Castle Saturday November 18th.
• Bethel will sponsor a scrimmage on Saturday, November 25th against Greensburg Salem and South Fayette. We will provide food for all the teams.
• The Tip Off Tournament is scheduled for Friday, December 1st and Saturday, December 2nd. The teams are Bethel Park, Elizabeth Forward, Moon, and North Catholic. Times to be announced.
• The Christmas Tournament will be at North Allegheny HS. Dates and times to be announced. PNC Bank may be a sponsor.
• We will have a Freshman Team. Coach Burke has a coach available.
• All the girls will receive new shoes, a long sleeve shirt and a short sleeve shirt which will be paid for by the Boosters.

The meeting adjourned at 8:25 PM. The next meeting will be held December 11th, 2006 in Building 1, Room 1104.
