TD Sports November Basketball Tournament - Tournament runs November 9, 10, 11, 17, 18; A & B Divisions; JV Girls (Grades 5 & 6), Varsity Girls (Grades 7 & 8), JV Boys (Grades 5 & 6), Varsity Boys (Grades 7 & 8); All games played at South Fayette High School; All tournaments guarantee 2 games; Entry fee is $135.00 per team; First Place - 15 Championship T-Shirts and 2 Coaches shirts; Second Place - 15 Finalist T-Shirts and 2 Coaches shirts; See the attached flyer - Flyer
Coaches, we are having our 2nd Annual Catholic School Tip-Off Tournament at Aquinas Academy, November 15-17, 2018; November 15 and 17: 7th-8th Grade Boys Tournament (6 teams); November 16 and 17: 7th-8th Grade Girls Tournament (6 teams); All boys' teams will play twice on Thursday, November 15 and all girls' teams will play twice on Friday, November 16. Games on Thursday and Friday will be used to seed teams for a single-loss elimination tournament for both boys and girls on Saturday, November 17. $150 fee per team includes includes trophies for the Team Champion and Team Runner-Up, All-Tournament Team and Tournament MVP. Blessed Trinity Academy invites you to participate in the Blessed Trinity Classic basketball tournament for Varsity (grades 7 and 8) boys and girls teams and Junior Varsity (grades 5 and 6) boys and girls teams. This year marks the 33rd Anniversary of the OLSH 7th and 8th Grade Tip-Off Tournament and, once again, we hope that you will begin your season with us. We will again be hosting two separate divisions, a Varsity “A” division and a Varsity “B” division (B division teams may choose to play up). On Championship Monday, November 26, we will crown the winners of both divisions. We’re excited to have you, your team, families and friends help us bring in the season. Throughout the years, this tournament has offered a lot of exciting memories for teams, cheerleading squads, and basketball fans. We hope to continue those special memories. St Marys Cavalier Basketball Tournaments - St Marys Cavaliers (Elk County PA) is hosting an 8th grade boys tournament January 5 and January 6, 2019 and a 7th grade boys tournament on January 26 and January 27, 2019. We are seeking competitive teams from outside the area of Elk County to participate in this long standing tournament. Camps


Each year CYO recommends summer overnight basketball camps conducted in a safe environment. We have examined and evaluated these camps for Cost, Expertise in Instruction, Amount of Games, Tournaments, Improvement, Facilities, and 24 Hour around-the-clock supervision. The camps on the attached flyer have continued to be approved and recommended by the CYO as overnight camps that have the highest level of skill development that will improve each individual to their fullest potential and prepare them to be a future High School player. The recommended camps are listed as the best instructional camps concentrating on the fundamentals of basketball. Since 2006 PITTSBURGH PRIDE HOOPS’ primary focus has always been to develop the basketball skills and fundamentals of our players.  We want to help our players become the very best basketball players that they can be.  We have weekly basketball workouts every Sunday for both boys and girls from grades 4 through high school.  Please see the flyer for more information.  We also offer 1-on-1 and small group workouts (which can be focused on basketball-only drills or can also include some speed, agility, and quickness training). Northside Catholic Assumption Academy is seeking to fill Coaching Positions for our Varsity and Junior Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Cross Country and Cheerleading teams. Candidates must be willing and have the ability to obtain current ACT 34 and ACT 151 clearances, attend and complete the Protecting God's Children seminar and complete the Mandatory Reporter Training. The two classes are now both available on-line. The successful candidate will have the sport acumen for the position which they are applying, had prior coaching or organized playing experience for the position which they are applying, and enjoy working with children in grades 4-8.
