League Notices

Procedure to Cancel, Change or Reschedule a League Game

For the 2018/2019 season, if you need to cancel or reschedule a league game, you will need to email Pat Greb (patgreb@comcast.net) and Chris Vallecorsa (cvallecors@comcast.net). We will then forward your email to Jan Petrosky (the girl’s grade school league referee scheduler). We will need at least 48 hours advance notice for these changes.

As a reminder, the same rules for cancellations and changes will apply as outlined in the Rules section on our website, i.e., games can only be changed or cancelled because of bad weather or school functions. You cannot cancel or change a scheduled game because of sickness unless widespread illness has closed the entire school. You cannot cancel or change a scheduled game because some of your teams players or coaches are not available to play.
